Workout with a Trooper
The Massachusetts State Police and the State Police Association of Massachusetts are excited today to bring you the latest episode of our new youth program, “Workout With A Trooper.” Young people looking to stay active are urged to join us on our MSP Facebook, IGTV, and YouTube every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:30 a.m. for a fun and effective bodyweight workout led by the MSP Academy’s Health and Fitness Unit. Exercise routines will change from day to day in order to provide you a varied full-body workout over the course of this program. Please get permission from your mom or dad or guardian, and make sure you have no medical conditions that would prevent you from working out (if you’re not sure please check with a doctor first), and join us for good ol’ physical training, MSP-style.
If you miss a workout, the workout will remain posted on Facebook, IGTV, and YouTube channel, so you can always do it when it’s best for you. So lace up your sneakers, go at your own pace, take a break if you get tired, drink plenty of water, and let’s get to it, Trainee!
